Be Slow On Meat Portions

As you may know Snacking of Titbits, and all the many Fast Food Munchies are high in saturated fats too.

All Meat platters have these fats too. Unlike very young children, who are usually extremely active all day long, then these are probably fine for them to eat alright.

Some report findings that meat increases cancerous cells on each intake, but just wonder how far this is true or not, but more rather of the saturated fats, if consumed too much can be very unhealthy and harmful to us, so will be wiser to go slow on them then.

Anyway, human beings' intestinal built up is a very long structure, and the meat that we eat, often will stay much longer in the body, and so most likely gets rotten often and poison shall be absorbed.  Compared to a carnivorous eater, they are altogether different, cause their intestines are just a short one, and their waste can be out very quickly.

Therefore it is indeed advisable to eat/add more corn, peas, fish, soya products etc...., vegetables and fruits onto our diet more often, cause in this manner, our intestinal systems can also be cleansed more easily, and that's for sure.

Like to share something useful with everybody - that eating lesser meat or minimise the intake of them, and others of the processed foodie cuts (sausages, beacon, dried stuff etc), and all the fast Junkies, and tucked more Fish & Soya intakes, will help everyone (esp women) ease through their menopause well with a gentle breeze, (maybe experience some hot flushes only), and is easy, relax with no fear at the least - It's True!!

Certainly with all the goodness of such diet, surely will be helpful for one and all, thus able to waltz through difficult periods with a breeze - For Men as well?? =)

Field Spread Of Vast Goodness

But of course having foodie in great abundance within and around us is nevertheless a rich blessing to people of every society.

Only that, as to how to be prepared to be eaten right is of utmost importance to one's health both body and mind.  Think I just believe the mother nature of the field of Plants, Fruits and Vegetables, Spices & Herbs & Beans & the variety of Nuts, and all that grow edibly for us among the soils' produce are equal to the best, cause these contain and provide the fullness of our daily needs of minerals and vitamins suitable for our body frames. Meals whipped out with these products already have enough proteins, minerals and vitamins to our every need to grow forth rather well, strong and beautiful. As such, if one eats right and proper on the inside, will also be fine and radiant on the outside.

Such are indeed useful for our everyday intake of food for shall surely strenghten anyone, cause if one believes that - "From Earth We Come and To Earth We Return" So shall those natural wonderful minerals and the vast vitamins from mother nature earth produces are the natural provider for our great  body strength surely. So Stay At It! Mother Nature Will Not Go Wrong!

''You Tiao''

''You Tiao'' is a Singaporean snack delight that was very popular since many years back.

These snacks, which are long ''tube'' like in shape, brownish coloured, fried flour soft sticks, were usually sold at coffeshops in the 60s, 70s and 80s and was a popular snack to go along with one's coffee or porridge.

Nowadays, it is making a ''comeback'' at air-con shopping malls where small shops, acting like coffeeshops of the past, sell them alongside other local food delights like Nasi Lemak, Laksa, Dry Mee etc.

''You Tiao'' is a tasty and delicious snack that is often enjoyed by the older generation, the baby-boomers. However, young people are also getting ''addicted'' to it as it is very relaxing to chew onto a hot, crispy ''you tiao'' and snack away with a cup of coffee.

Be careful though, this snack can be very bad for the body's system. It is made of oil (mainly) and too much of it will cause the arteries of the body to get clogged!

Foodie of Canned, Dried & Preserved

Do you know that besides eating and gobbling away those killing us softly and quietly, on all the many junkie food diet. Yea, really dont know why such killer foodie temptations are getting a tight hold over us everyday haha!!

Those canned sweet soft drinks, either in a bottle, a can or in a packet - a quencher for the thirsty - these drinks are usually packed with extremely high levels of sugarly contents, a possibility of 50% sugar to 50% liquid. Such intakes of this kind not only invites quick Obesities, also rather cruel and dangerous for the high bood sufferers if consumed more than or about 4 cans of such drinks a day.

Dried foodstuff are truely cancerous and yet a large majority of us people still want to cling tightly onto them for an exciting flavor in our everyday cooking. Try minus those (dried foodstuff) in our kitchens, and by just using plenty of various combinations of vegetables of your choice, will also be able to whip out an extraordinary delicous soup stock for much more tastier rich meals of natural goodness.

It's the same, the preserved ones are also packed with huge contents of sugars and salts. In real fact, most of these are already almost turning to rotten materials, and because of not wanting to throw them away just as yet - so to preserve them to be kept for a longer period of time.

Therefore let's go eat fresh and simple foodie which is best for ourselves. Everyone cannot live forever no matter how well or careful we eat, but able to live well with a minimal problem to fight with, is all worth a beautiful blessing.

Inactive Physical Limbs

Much on the issues of consuming many Junkie foodie and the high intake of saturated fats and fried stuff, salty and sugarly and oily diet, with also the lack of physical outdoor activities, limbs are getting lazier, weaker and being too tired to move freely on its own, often depending much on the motor engine to get around, even over short distances and places, and just eating too much, too often.

This manner of lifestyle can be highly dangerous, for diseases such as diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension and stroke may set in early, thus you may notice people of quite a young age are seen having like a half body limp in this era. And it is rather scary.

Therefore a good healthy food intake daily and together with some active physical movements, will be a wonder to ourselves greatly.

Foodie high in Mucous

The System Tracts of our bodies are often choked up with those nasty Mucous or can be called Phlegm by improper eating or by consuming too much snacks like cookies, cream crackers, biscuits, and often those sweet desserts too, this causes people to fall ill and sick easily.

Most of the dairy products and creams are also highly responsible for Phlegm collection in our delicate body mechanical systems.

Eating too much and too often of these foodstuff often weakens the body's immume system, therefore those common colds and coughs and flu sicknesses would clinge on once too easily and usually can be quite unbearable for us. Also louder night snores if those mucous becomes thicker.

So try to stay far from them if possible or maybe just lessen those intakes, and you will soon be much stronger everyday to fight away those nasty bugs surely.

Do eat pure and drink right always, therefore able to conquer those extra intruders!!!
