Be Slow On Meat Portions

As you may know Snacking of Titbits, and all the many Fast Food Munchies are high in saturated fats too.

All Meat platters have these fats too. Unlike very young children, who are usually extremely active all day long, then these are probably fine for them to eat alright.

Some report findings that meat increases cancerous cells on each intake, but just wonder how far this is true or not, but more rather of the saturated fats, if consumed too much can be very unhealthy and harmful to us, so will be wiser to go slow on them then.

Anyway, human beings' intestinal built up is a very long structure, and the meat that we eat, often will stay much longer in the body, and so most likely gets rotten often and poison shall be absorbed.  Compared to a carnivorous eater, they are altogether different, cause their intestines are just a short one, and their waste can be out very quickly.

Therefore it is indeed advisable to eat/add more corn, peas, fish, soya products etc...., vegetables and fruits onto our diet more often, cause in this manner, our intestinal systems can also be cleansed more easily, and that's for sure.

Like to share something useful with everybody - that eating lesser meat or minimise the intake of them, and others of the processed foodie cuts (sausages, beacon, dried stuff etc), and all the fast Junkies, and tucked more Fish & Soya intakes, will help everyone (esp women) ease through their menopause well with a gentle breeze, (maybe experience some hot flushes only), and is easy, relax with no fear at the least - It's True!!

Certainly with all the goodness of such diet, surely will be helpful for one and all, thus able to waltz through difficult periods with a breeze - For Men as well?? =)
