Much on the issues of consuming many Junkie foodie and the high intake of saturated fats and fried stuff, salty and sugarly and oily diet, with also the lack of physical outdoor activities, limbs are getting lazier, weaker and being too tired to move freely on its own, often depending much on the motor engine to get around, even over short distances and places, and just eating too much, too often.
This manner of lifestyle can be highly dangerous, for diseases such as diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension and stroke may set in early, thus you may notice people of quite a young age are seen having like a half body limp in this era. And it is rather scary.
Therefore a good healthy food intake daily and together with some active physical movements, will be a wonder to ourselves greatly.
