Healthy HairCare
It has been said that a good balanced diet is an equal ingredient for a radiant hair health.
Having a healthy everyday lifestyle usually equals healthy hair too.
Also prevention is better than cure. And whenever in the sun or getting to the beach, wet your hair in the shower, before going into the water, so the saltwater does not absorb onto your hair. Apply SPF hair products and Sunscreen lotions to the ends of your hair, and do not dry hair in the sun.
Another tip to clear off lices in hairs. When found, simply apply and spread heaps of any hair conditioner onto the entire head of the hair, and next using a narrowed-teeth-comb and brush thorougly all over evenly until those eggie and lices are freed away, and next just wash off by shampooing the hair normally. Repeat if there is still a need to. It is for sure useful for quick cure indeed.

Violent Games--Bad Influences
There are some who are of the view that with modern computers and CD video games giving youngsters and all who spend too much time on them could be indeed unhealthy not only physically but mentally.
Of late there are quite a number of incidents involving teenagers in violent fights, slashing and killings - those destructive action pack video games could have a part to play in influencing anyone to a high degree of putting them to self action.
Peace loving people feel that society will be better overall if less time is spent in these areas or to do away with such violent and destructive games for our future environment.

Ultra-Violet (UV) Rays
As the environment's condition worsens around us all over the world, with the ozone layer being torn apart, we are experiencing more UV rays in our daily lives.
This is especially so in some countries such as Australia.
In Australia and especially in the state of Queensland, it is very advisable to put on hats/caps, sun-glasses, and sun-screen lotion or even long sleeve shirts/blouses and long skirts/pants etc when outdoors.
And as an added guard against these harmful effects on the skin and other parts of the body, one may like to consume veges/fruities with lotsa bright colours (eg red, green, yellow, orange and even white etc). These veges/fruities provide strong protection against many skin and other diseases that are mainly caused by pollution and UV rays.
Carrots, pumpkins, tomatoes, water-melons, mangoes, strawberries, sweet potatoes, spinach, yam etc provide the necessary minerals like beta-carotene to fight against the nasty effects of pollution and UV rays that make ageing fast. Moreover with such intake of these foodie regularly, also are great for the eyes nourishment as well.

The Everyday Aches & Pains
Daily as we grow with added years, young and the elderly usually do have some degree of aches & pains associated onto the various body areas - even more for the Obesities, caused by the extra weight pounds that the body has to be burdened upon.
Therefore a correct sitting posture always, and a good proper footwear are a must for accurate circulation for the Spinal Health is of great importance. And of course to minimise obesity too.
Not long back - bought a pair of massage sockies- maybe from Target or Kmart Store - Not knowing that such sockies should be correctly worned - for eg. the left one is for the left foot, and the right one for the right foot. But then, for a couple of days, was a little careless, and had worned them incorrectly - Thus for quite a number of days experiencing strange nerve pain sensations all over the entire body, and was just wondering why such strange encounters of aches and pains all over - Luckily a discovery was found quite soon, and quickly I made sure that I wore those sockies onto the correct footings and those nasty sensations just disappeared in no time.
Similarly, a suitable pair of comfortable Sports Shoes or any other comfy Footwears to pamper one's feet is a vast treasure to our Spinal Body Structure - certainly shall sooth away those unnecessary Aches that usually are caused by those tough wrongly designed Footy Wears!!!

Obesity Is Rising
Nowadays very often the Young and even the Elderly have meals out frequently.
Days of yesteryears, people and all gathered out to feast on their great meals for occasional celebrations only. During those periods, they also did more walking daily to mind on their everyday tasks often.
Therefore, those past years, people not only eat less, but are also on their limbs with lots of movements always.
But these days are just the opposite - people eat plenty of the Quickies stuff, and frequent fast-food outlets like crazy mad. Thus, inviting Obesities easy and fast and certainly is a great health hazard to many, which pose great dangers, possibly leading to various diseases, such as diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension and all etc....
It's never too late to make a change to consume our food intake wisely before such danger of sicknesses!
Let's all start to live, eat, and move healthily.

Myopia Is Rising
These modern times, young people and all are rarely having outdoor activities.
This modern era, we hardly or have no time at all to go for a stroll in the park; or go outdoors to fly a kite; or to cycle along the city beaches; or play ball games, or just having fun at an open atmosphere to laze and relax those tired and weary precious eyes: which are too often being overstrained by hours of over pressure studies or the stress of work projects.
Besides these: more people often stay indoors even at a young tender age spending long hours at a Tele Screen; or the Hand-Held Games; or Playing Computer with the VCD and XBox games.
Such indoor addictions of the Modern Lives are not doing us any good on the overall - what more to our precious beautiful Eyes!!
Therefore - Its never too late to Fight Myopia! Keep Myopia At Bay, Encourage ourselves too and Take Your Kids Outdoors To Play.

The Bad FAT & The Less Harmful FAT
Not all fat are created equal. Some types are more harmful than others.
Therefore it will be wiser to learn how to replace the bad fat with the less harmful ones.
Reducing the total fat, especially Saturated and Trans Fat, from one's diet.
This means cooking healthier methods using little or no oil, such as roasting, baking, steaming and stir-frying. Also lessen the intake of excess calories from foods with low nutritional values, such as sweetened drinks, snacks and Junkies.
Also best, to trim off the skin & excessive fats on meat before cooking, and chicken wings, processed food such as sausages, pre-packed meat patties or frozen ready-to-fry meat - these foodstuffs are best possible to stay away from them.

Harmful to the risk of Heart Disease and Stroke, and also increases Bad Cholesterol to one's body.

Mainly found in the Processed Foodie - e.g.Cookies, Pastries, Hydrogenated Oils, and the Veg. Shortening - these contain The Trans Fat - also known as The Bad Fat.
The Monounsaturated Fat & The Polyunsaturated Fat are the Good Fats - They assist to help lower total cholesterol and bad cholesterol. We can find them in most Veg. Oils - in Olive & Peanut Oil, Corn, Sunflower, and also The Soyabean too.
The Good Source of Omega-3 fatty acids in Fish : Salmon, Spanish Mackerel, & Sardines - also Walnuts, Soyabean Oils are of The Polyunsaturated Fat.
