The Everyday Aches & Pains

Daily as we grow with added years, young and the elderly usually do have some degree of aches & pains associated onto the various body areas - even more for the Obesities, caused by the extra weight pounds that the body has to be burdened upon.

Therefore a correct sitting posture always, and a good proper footwear are a must for accurate circulation for the Spinal Health is of great importance. And of course to minimise obesity too.

Not long back - bought a pair of massage sockies- maybe from Target or Kmart Store - Not knowing that such sockies should be correctly worned - for eg. the left one is for the left foot, and the right one for the right foot.  But then, for a couple of days, was a little careless, and had worned them incorrectly - Thus for quite a number of days experiencing strange nerve pain sensations all over the entire body, and was just wondering why such strange encounters of aches and pains all over - Luckily a discovery was found quite soon, and quickly I made sure that I wore those sockies onto the correct footings and those nasty sensations just disappeared in no time.

Similarly,  a suitable pair of comfortable Sports Shoes or any other comfy Footwears to pamper one's feet is a vast treasure to our Spinal Body Structure - certainly shall sooth away those unnecessary Aches that usually are caused by those tough wrongly designed Footy Wears!!!
