Fatty Fats Stored

However if too much of the fatty oily fats has already been consumed - The wonder Lemon or Lime juices (These juices has heaps of the vitamins C goodness) added to your drink regularly will help drain away some of those poison in a fine way.

Such wonder drinks not only will ease and clear the fatty stuff that cloaks the respiratory tracks, but also will be able to assist on those unwanted snores at night, and maybe able to cure it well and soon those snores will be gone very quickly. Moreover also will lessen and free us from those common cough and colds.

Another natural good wonder drink is the ''lemongrass''  -  slice it finely (strength and amount is up to individual liking and taste) and let it boil until its flavour oozes out and cover it up with a lit to cool - just drink up the liquid, or it may also be added to tea or coffee or with any other beverage that one likes.  I usually like to have it all sliced up plentiful and together with some red dates/black dates - cover them up and slow boil until all those fresh flavours are fully extracted - cool up a little and it is all ready for fresh pure drink - very tasty and enjoyable, my type of cuppa!!

Regular drinking of it helps ease and anti toxic the liver, pancreas, lowers stress, cures burning sensation of eyes, soothes tension muscles, and relieves pain attacks too, and more......just all goodness for our overall body - try it, so simple and easy to prepare, cheap and all pure from our nature's own. (Add Ginger slice into to it and boil together if you may like a gingerly taste, cause it is rather effective for those sore muscles of overworked exercises).

Bad Diet - High Medical Bills

Yes consuming excessive high content fats, salty, sugary fried food everyday, not only makes appearance uninviting in looks, but also more often invites more medical bills - thus added money to be spent on medicine and consultation bills, and such can be rather costly on our pockets.

Therefore it can be wise to save these high bills by eating a little right for our daily intake of proper and correct good meals.

Meals if possible should be served plain and simple with a small cooked fish/lean meat/tofu or beans with a cup of assorted vegetable and accompanied with a small portion of freshly cut fruits will do just fine, needful to freshen up our tired body, and with enough pure water and with added fresh lime or lemon juice to the cupful (if possible no added sugar, or maybe with some honey if you like)- will indeed brighten and strengthen an individual's life for sure.

Little or no usage of limbs

These days, most people either work by sitting infront of the PC using their brains and stressing themselves out with anxiety and tension etc. Very few are out there in the outdoors walking about and running about.

Lack of physical activity has been known to cause all sorts of ailments including heart disease, cancer, stroke, diabetes etc.

Young people like teens and youths are starting out very young, they have been using too little of their limbs for any activity at all. This is a bad signal as they grow older.

Eating out, Overall Obesity

Though eating out often is a lot easier for every household, but also much easier to consume more oily fats, salt and sugar, and with the added Aji no Moto into those food, contributes more disastrously to the body system.

And also the lack of activeness daily, and having little or no time for physical exercises worsen the body frame.

Therefore putting heaps of these materials into the body, not only creates Obesity, but also invites many other forms of health problems.

So it is certainly better to try having more home-cooked simple meals, like just eating boiled, or steamed, like those good old days, where Obesity is hardly visible.

Eating Out Once Too Often

These days young teens and all are putting too much extra unhealthy food and calories into their mouths and bodies unnecessarily.

Besides their intake of the daily meals, too much snacks are often added into their stomachs too.

These are indeed highly bad to the overwork system of the body.

Therefore many diseases and sicknesses can be activated and stored much too easily.

The saying of "What we are is also What we eat" - so be lean and appear good is also what is inside of us.

Just walk into any Mcdonald's or KFC outlets and you will notice that 60-70% of customers are teenagers/youths.

Better still, ask them what their favourite food is, and chances are they will answer ''Mcdonald's'' or ''KFC''.

Youths Stay Up Late

Youths these days, because of many extra tuition and lessons both from schools and at home, barely have time for afternoon naps.

Worse still, they also sleep at a late hour at bedtime, and have to be up again at early dawn the next morning.

Thus this is unhealthy and is extremely bad, and they have puffy panda eyes too early in life, and too many young people are looking like this at a much tender age nowadays.

Unlike back then when life was very much different, we did get up before dawn, but we also go to bed usually by 8.30pm.

Teenagers of Today

Teenagers of today are mostly pampered and lead a comfy lifestyle. They hardly use their limbs to do things but instead rely on machines to do things for them, or rely on their maids to get things done around the house.

Every little chore would not be done by them and they seldom exercise outdoors. Most of them play PC games, stare at the PC the whole day either to do their homework or watch movies and play games.

However, teenagers these days also face more stress and demands that are put on them by their teachers and parents, they have tonnes of homework to do, not only from their school teachers but also from their tuition teachers and even their parents. Teens lead a more stressful life compared to the teens 20-30 years ago. They hardly can put on a smile on their faces nowadays and their school bags are so heavy and huge.

They do not go out to play and socialise like back in the good old days (play marbles and catching etc).
