Simple Home-Cook Healthy Dishes

10 Simple Yet Healthy Dishes/Meals That Can Be Prepared Easily At Home

1. Steam Fish.

2. Baked/Boiled/Steamed Potatoes or Sweet Potatoes or Yam.

3. Boiled Eggs.

4. Boiled Corn Cobs or Steamed.

5. Cooked Brown Rice.

6. Lightly Stir-Fried Chicken Breasts (Trim Off Excess Fats and Skin).

7. Oven-Baked Fish or Lean Chicken Parts (Trim Off Excess Fats and Skin).

8. Boiled Pasta with Freshly Cooked Tomato and Garlic Sauce.

9. Boiled Green Leafy Veges with Toufu in Fish Soup Stalk.

10. Lighty Stir-Fried Bee-Hoon with Less Oil and Lots of Veges and Some Eggs and Some Green Peas.

But of course we can be more creative on all these healthy dishes - for eg. Steamed Fish, we can add in either ginger & scallion or spring onions or maybe on different days mushrooms or even green & red pepper or toufu to steam with the fish of your choice - similar to the rest of the other healthy delicious dishes. I really like to eat steam fish, yum...and also tofu. Like simple chinese food.
