Wonder Goodness - Eggplant & Dates

Do you know that The Eggplant & a Simple Dates or two have heaps of goodness, vitamins and minerals.

A small portion of the eggplant consume in daily intakes covers a great amount of goodness for the body, as it also helps good relaxation for the mind as well.

Try softening a not too big eggplant in a small oven and brush it with some honey and eat it just before your bedtime, and do away with the insomia pills.

And for those tiny Dates - just eat one or two of it will be well enough for the needy body instead of reaching out for those other sweet desserts which can be of harm overall.
